Our own take on a classic Chai–we start with our bold, malty Assam black tea and add a subtle, yet punchy blend of spices including cinnamon, pepper, anise, cardamom, ginger and orange peel. Our goal with this was to keep the spices light enough that you still know you’re drinking a high quality black tea, but bold enough to stand up to cream or milk for a rich, indulgent treat.
